Calling Product Support
Visit the Intermec technical knowledge base (Knowledge Central) at www.intermec.com and click Support > Knowledge Central to review technical information or to request technical support for your Intermec product.
If you cannot find the answer to your problem at Knowledge Central or in the “PB3 Problems and Solutions” table, you may need to call Intermec Product Support. To talk to a Product Support representative in North America or Canada, call:

Before you call Intermec Product Support, make sure you have the following information ready:
•Serial number
•Firmware version
•Bluetooth or serial communication settings, such as baud rate
Some printer settings are included on the configuration test page. For help, see “Printing a Configuration Test Page” on page 11.
Software and Programming Information
Intermec offers a variety of printer software, such as applications, utilities, and periodic firmware updates.
Downloading Printer Software
You can download printer software from the Intermec web site.
1Go to the Intermec web site at www.intermec.com.
2Select Products > Printers and Media > Mobile Printers > PB2/PB3.
3Select the Downloads tab.
4From the list of available downloads, select a file name and follow the prompts to download the file.
