Cooling Shroud

The cooling shroud directs airflow from the cooling fans over the system processor(s) and memory module(s).

Removing the Cooling Shroud

1Open the system. See "Opening the System" on page 83.

2Grasp and gently lift the shroud up and away from the system board. See Figure 3-6.
