Microphone output voltage too high or too low

Possible cause and what to do

Re-adjust the output voltage on the microphone.

￿To do so, use a small slotted screwdriver and turn the ‘Mic Gain Adjustment’ screw (see illustration on page 38) until you have reached the desired setting.
