Broadcast Entry Report

Each time you program a multiple-location transmis- sion (broadcast), your OKIFAX gives you the option of printing this report to confirm your entries. Infor- mation in this report includes:

The Location ID of the One Touch keys and Auto Dial codes you have selected.

Telephone numbers you have entered using the numeric keypad.

Confidential Reception Report

This report prints automatically each time your OKIFAX receives a confidential message into a mail box. Information in this report includes:

The date the message was received.

The total amount of time spent Sending or Receiving (S, R-TIME).

The Location ID or telephone number of the fax machine you were communicating with (DISTANT STATION ID).

The number of the mail box that received the message.

The number of pages received.

The result of the communication.

Service codes. Be sure to report these diagnostic codes if you contact your Authorized OKIFAX Dealer about communication problems.

Printing Reports

The four reports described in this section—Activity Report, Broadcast Confirmation Report, Phone Directory, and Configuration Report—are printed using the 6/Report Print One Touch key.

To print a report:

1Press the Select Function key.

2Press the 6/Report Print One Touch key. The display shows 1:ACTIVITY REPORT. If you want to print an activity report, skip to step 4.

3Press the No key repeatedly until the report you want to print appears on the display.

Note: The PROTOCOL DUMP report contains information meaningful only to service technicians.

4Press the Yes key. The report prints.

Activity Report

The activity report provides a record of your OKIFAX’s communications. Information provided on this report includes:

The total amount of time spent sending faxes
