If the S-LS connecting station is in Down mode, the error message can be monitored as follows.

Possible error message are as follows.

Error code	Error message	meanings

10H	Watch dog timer error	Watch dog timer error occured

20H	Overrun	Reception transaction is overrun

40H	Jabber timeout	Abnormal long frame (500ms or more) was
		transmitted

60H	Hardware error	CPU, RAM, ROM or peripheral LSI is abnormal
		Station number illegal

6FH	Undefined instruction	CPU could not execute the instruction
	executing

77H	Receive buffer overflow	Receive buffer overflow occurred

If these errors cannot be reset by power off/on again (except Station number illegal), replace the station.
