If the problem persists, try to restore the data by entering the system setup program, then immediately exit the program (see your Service Manual at support.dell.com). If the message reappears, contact Dell (see "Contacting Dell" on page 64).

be malfunctioning, or a memory module may be loose. Run the System Memory tests and the Keyboard Controller test in the Dell Diagnostics (see "Dell Diagnostics" on page 38).

If you experience a problem with your computer, perform the checks in Lockups and Software Problems (see "Lockups and Software Problems" on page 43) and run the Dell Diagnostics before you contact Dell for technical assistance.
