Keyboard Wedge — cont.

Wedge Quiet Interval

This feature does not apply to the USB Keyboard interface.

NOTE

Quiet Interval is the amount of time to look for keyboard activity before the scanner breaks the keyboard connection in order to transmit data to the host.

START / END

PROGRAMMING BARCODES

Selectable from 000 (no interval) to 255 in 10 msec increments. To configure this feature, scan the “START/END” bar code above to place the unit in Programming Mode, then the Set Wedge Quiet Interval bar code followed by the three digits (zero padded) from the Alphanumeric table in Appendix C, Alpha-Numeric Pad representing your desired length. Exit programming mode by again scanning the “START/END” barcode above.
