Clearing memory

You can selectively clear information stored in your machine’s memory.

1.Press Menu, then press Memory Clear on the one-touch keypad. The display shows the options you can choose to clear.

1.SYSTEM ID : your system ID number and name are cleared from the machine’s memory.

2.SYSTEM DATA : restores user-selectable options to the default value.

3.PHONEBK&MEMORY : clears the one-touch, speed dial, or group dial numbers stored in memory. In addition, all the schedule job operations you have reserved are also canceled.

Note : If there is received data in memory to be printed you cannot clear

PHONEBK&MEMORY until printing it.

4.TX-RX JOURNAL : clears all records of transmissions & receptions.

2.Move to the options by pressing " or ❷ repeatedly until the option you want to clear is blinking.

3.Press Start/Enter. The display asks you to confirm your selection.

4.Press 1 to confirm. Or use ➛ or ❿ to choose ‘YES’, then press Start/Enter. The selected memory is cleared.
