4.Connect to the device.

5.Click the Connect button to connect the device and then click Start Upgrade.

6.Upon completion, open the Device Properties window (see Figure 45) to make sure the firmware was upgraded1.

1 If the firmware number remains the same, close the Device Properties windows, disconnect and then reconnect the device, and open the Device Properties window again to check the firmware number
