Total Rec Time
It shows how much time the current HDD originally can provide for saving the video files.
Free Rec Time
It shows how much time the current HDD can save video files. If the DVR is set to record in linear mode (the system will not overwrite files when the HDD is full), the available recording time will be calculated and shown on the screen automatically; or, if the DVR is set to circular mode, the OSD display on the screen will be “- - - - Hr”.
