5.Before fastening, place the elastic safety strap that is secured to the LCD monitor, around the headrest and/or headrest mounting.

6.Hold the LCD monitor against the headrest and pull the Velcro strap from the inside to the outside, through the plastic tab. The Velcro must also here point in the direction of the headrest.

7.The plastic tab should lie to the left side, viewed from the direction of travel, of the headrest (as in the diagram above).

8.Join the open end of the Velcro fastening strap with its opposite side at the front of the headrest. Make sure that the strap sits securely and is tight.

9.The Velcro fastening strap should be attached to the centre of the headrest. If possible do not impede the headrests height adjustment mecha- nism.

Note:

If you are using the LCD monitor in a vehicle make sure that the monitor does not interfere with safety relevent components such as air- bags, seat airbags or side airbags.

Fastening to active headrests is not recommended.

If you install the LCD monitors in a vehicle make sure that the cables are layed in a manner that will not cause them to be a trip hazard and they do not obstruct entry to and exit from the vehicle.
