Example

If a DVD was encoded with, for example, approval class 7 or 8 and you have an approval class setting between 1 and 6 then a message follows and the password must be entered.

Also only parts of the DVD, that is to say certain film scenes, may be encoded with an approval class or various approval classes.

2.To activate the age approval select an approval class and then enter your password with the number buttons 2) in the password request box that follows. The factory default password is 136900.

3.Confirm your entry by pressing the button

Note:

In the next menu item PASSWORD you can change the factory default password and enter a new password for the child lock.

PASSWORD

Here you can change the preset password (136900) and enter your own password.. Only the numbers 0-9 can be used.

1.To change the password select the input CHAN- GE.

2.Enter in the line OLD PASSWORD the valid password with the number buttons 2) . The highlight changes to the next line NEW PASS- WORD.

3.Enter the new password with the number buttons 2). The highlighting changes to the next line

CONFIRM PWD.

4.Enter the new password with the number buttons 2). The tab changes to the OK field.

5.Press the button ENTER 1&.

The password has now been changed.

Note:

In the event that you forget your password you can use the factory default password (136900).

DEFAULT

Here you reset the DVD player's factory default settings. All language, image, sound and general settings will be reset to the default settings. Exceptions to this are the child lock and the password since it would be of little use if your child could simply reset them.
