DIRECT NAVIGATOR

In DIRECT NAVIGATOR, you can archive, edit or start recordings after selecting a title.

Direct access:

!Press DIRECT NAVIGATOR on the remote control. The DIRECT NAVIGATOR is displayed.

Access via the FUNCTIONS menu:

!Press FUNCTIONS in stop mode.

!Confirm DIRECT NAVIGATOR with ENTER.

Use [Previous] or [Next] to select other pages and press ENTER.

!Select the desired title and start playback with ENTER.

You can also enter the title with the numeric buttons. If you enter a number that is larger than the total number of the title, then the last title is selected.

Editing Titles and Chapters with the SUB MENU

!Press SUB MENU.

You can access further sub menus with SUB MENU.

!In the sub menu, use to select the desired option and confirm with ENTER.

!Use RETURN to go back to the TITLE VIEW.

!Press RETURN again to exit the screen.

Erase RAM -R -RW(V) +R

When you perform this procedure, the title is deleted and cannot be recovered.

!Confirm [Erase] with ENTER.

!Use to select [Erase] and confirm with ENTER.

The available recording time may remain the same after erasing short titles. The recording time on DVD-R/+R remains the same.

To edit several elements, use to select the desired title and press PAUSE .
