Use the buttons to select the desired menu and confirm your selection using the button.

Automatic Software Update

Select the required setting (On/Off) using the buttons.

Setting “Off”:

The receiver does not automatically search for new software available every day when updating the data and does not compare the channel list you have stored on the receiver with the delta channel list transmitted. However, you can perform a software update manually at any time, as described under “Software update”.

Setting “On”:

The receiver automatically searches for new software available every day when updating the data and does compares the channel list you have stored on the receiver with the delta channel list transmitted. Your channel list is not overwritten, only updated. For example, if the name or frequency of a channel changes, the old parameters for the affected channel are replaced by the new ones in your channel list on the receiver. The channel is not moved in the channel list. New channels that have not yet been saved in your channel list are added to the end of the list. Channels that are no longer broadcast are deleted.

Note: The receiver does not make the changes automatically without your approval, they are buffered until the next time the receiver is started.
