PARTS AND CONTROLS

The instructions in this manual refer mainly to the buttons on the remote control. Buttons on the main unit with the same names as those on the remote control can be used as well.

INTRODUCTION

1POWER button

Press to turn on and off the unit.

26STANBY/ON indicator

Lights in red when the unit is in standby mode.

Lights in green when the unit is turned on.

3Disc tray

Loading and removing discs.

4z OPEN/CLOSE button

Press to open and close the disc tray.

5PLAY C button Press to begin playback.

6STOP s button

Press to stop playing back a disc.

7ENTER button

Press to execute or fix the selected item on the disc

menus.

8i/ k/ j/ l cursor buttons Press to select an item.

9g/t button

Press to skip to the next track. Hold down to playback a disc forward.

0MENU button

Press to display the DVD menu on the TV screen. !a button

Press to pause playback. @r/f button

Press to return to the beginning of the current track or skip back to the previous track. Hold down to play back a disc in reverse.

#Display window

Displays the information of the unit's status.
