Recordirg Features

Thereare four ways to recordprograms:

Recording pressRECORDto start recordinga program. (See VCr?Basicssection.)

Express Recording (XPR) startsrecordinga programyou are watching .Youcan then set the VCRto automaticallystop recordingaftera designatedperiod of time .

Timer Recording programmingthe VCRto automaticallystartand stop recordingat a predeterminedtime.

VCR Plus+ System a timer programallowingthe VCRto recordjust by enteringa PlusCode programmingnumberfound in most TV guides .

Express Recording (XPR)

Use Expressrecordingto quicklyrecordthe remaining portionof the programyou are watching.

1 . Setthe tape speedby pressingthe SPEEDbuttonon the remotecontrol.

2 . Pressthe RECORDbuttonto begin recording.

3 . Repeatedlypressthe RECORDbuttonto set up the recordingduration .

Eachtime you pressthe RECORDbutton,you increasethe recordingtime (up to 4 hours) .

The VCRcontinuesto recordfor the amount of time you indicate,and then automaticallyturns off .

To stop an Expressrecording,pressand hold STOPon the remotecontrolfor a few seconds.

ExpressRecording

Expressrecordingis a great way to tape the last quarter of the game, or the last part of a movie when you have to leave.
