3Assign a default password to the root user.

a In the navigation frame, click the Conﬁguration link. b In the navigation frame, click the IP Routing link.

c In the navigation frame, click the System Parameters link.

d Enter your new password and conﬁrm it in the ﬁelds provided.

e Click Apply.

If you have the Web Link help window open on your display, you may need to use the vertical scroll bar to bring the Apply button into view.
