APPENDIX E – RACK EAR INSTALLATION

Installation:

Tools required: Medium sized Phillips head screwdriver.

Items included in supplied Rack Mount Kit (quantity):

(2) Rack mount ears

(6) Phillips pan head screws with integral lock washers

Mounting:

1.Remove the 6 flat head screws located near the front panel on the right and left side of the housing and discard.

2.Attach the mounting ears to each side using the 6 supplied Phillips pan head screws with lock washers and tighten securely.

3.Install the unit into the rack using the Rack manufacturer’s supplied hardware.
