Changing the audio soundtrack language

This operation works only on DVDs with multiple soundtrack language or VCDs with multiple audio channels.

ADuring playback, press T/C on the remote control.

The T/C menu appears.

B Use

keys to select { Audio } and

use

keys to select the available

audio language.

The languages may be numbered or abbreviated, such as “en” for English.

For VCD, it will toggle between LL, LR and RR, by which audio is heard from left, both or right channel respectively.

Helpful Hint:

Some DVDs allow soundtrack language changes only via the DVD disc menu. To access the Disc Menu, press DVD on the remote control.

Changing subtitle language

This operation works only on DVDs with multiple subtitle languages. You can change to the language you want while playing the DVD.

ADuring playback, press T/C on the remote control.

The T/C menu appears.

B Use

keys to select { Subtitle } and

use

keys to select the available

subtitle language.

The languages may be numbered or abbreviated, such as “en” for English.

Helpful Hint:

Some DVDs discs allow subtitle language changes only via the DVD disc menu. To access the disc menu, press DVD on the remote control.

Selecting sound mode

This operation works only on discs recorded with various sound modes (e.g. digital surround).

ADuring playback, press T/C on the remote control.

The T/C menu appears.

B Use

keys to select { Sound } and

press OK to enter its options.

C Use

keys to select { Stereo } or

{ Surround } and press OK to confirm.

TIPS: The operating features described here might not be possible for certain discs. Always refer to the instructions supplied with the discs.
