Additional Playback Features (continued)

Switching camera angles

This option is only available with DVDs that contain sequences recorded from different camera angles. This allows you to view the picture from different angles.

ADuring playback, press T/C on the remote control.

The T/C menu appears.

B Use keys to select { Angle } and press OK to enter its options.

The available camera angles for selection appear.

C Use keys to select the camera angle you want to switch to, then press OK to confirm.

Switching to slow motion play

You can select the playback speed for various slow motion modes available.

ADuring playback, press T/C on the remote control.

The T/C menu appears.

B Use

keys to select { Slow } and use

 

keys to select a required speed.

OR

ADuring playback, press PAUSE Å to pause playback and display a still picture.

BHold down (reverse) or (forward) to start reverse or forward slow motion playback.

Press or repeatedly to switch between different slow motion speed (-1/8, -1/4, -1/2, 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2).

CTo resume normal playback, press PLAY .

Switching to step playback

This option allows you to play back the picture frame-by-frame.

ADuring playback, press T/C on the remote control.

The T/C menu appears.

B Use

keys to select { Step } and

press

keys repeatedly to start

backward or forward step playback.

Searching by time

This option allows you to skip to a specific point in the current disc.

ADuring playback, press T/C on the remote control.

The T/C menu appears.

B Use keys to select { Search } and press OK to display the time field.

Playback will pause.

The time shows the elapsed playing time of the current disc (hours: minutes).

CUse the numeric keypad 0-9 to enter the time where playback should start and press OK to confirm.

Playback skips to the time entered.

TIPS: The operating features described here might not be possible for certain discs. Always refer to the instructions supplied with the discs.
