1Lift the harness release lever and pull the shoulder straps out to loosen the

5-point harness.

2Press the button on the buckle and remove the shoulder straps from the buckle.

HINT	The metal and plastic parts of the car seat

may become very hot when exposed to the sun.

When not in use, cover the car seat with a blan- ket if it will be exposed to the sun for prolonged periods of time. Before placing your child in the car seat, remove the blanket and check to be sure the metal and plastic parts are not too hot.
