1	In the Protect menu, select Protect All
	using【M】【N】and then press	.
Protect
Protect One	Unlock
Protect All
Exit
	OK：Set

■ Setting the Startup Screen (My Camera)

You can set your favorite image on the startup screen.
The image selected for the startup screen is saved in a format different than
the one in which captured images are normally saved in the camera.
Deleting Images P39 or Formatting P74 won,t erase the startup screen	Advance
normal captured image and cannot be restored as a normal image.

Select Lock/Unlock using【M】【N】and then press .

The applicable processing is performed, and the camera returns to the Playback mode.

2	Use【O】【P】to select the image you want
	to use as the startup screen.
	● If many images are stored in the internal memory or
	memory card, using the Index Playback screen will
	make selection easy.

Once the image protection is set, the images won,t be deleted. However, they are deleted if Formatting P74 is performed.

3	Press MENU to display the Playback Menu
	screen.
