Lights up when the Compressed Music Enhancer mode is selected (see page 34).

3VIRTUAL indicator

Lights up when this unit is reproducing PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) digital audio signals.

AHeadphones indicator

Lights up when headphones are connected (see page 30).

BSP A B indicators

Lights up when Virtual CINEMA DSP is active (see page 36).

Light up according to the set of front speakers selected (see page 29).

4 SILENT CINEMA indicator

C NIGHT indicator

Lights up when headphones are connected and a sound field program is selected (see page 36).

Lights up when you select a night listening mode (see page 31).

5DOCK indicator

• Lights up when you station your iPod in a Yamaha

iPod universal dock (such as YDS-10, sold separately)

connected to the DOCK terminal of this unit

(see page 18) when V-AUX is selected as the input

source.

• Flashes while the connected Yamaha Bluetooth adaptor

(such as YBA-10, sold separately) and the Bluetooth

component is in the paring (see page 18) or the

Bluetooth adaptor is searching the Bluetooth

component (see page 41).

• Light up while the connected Yamaha Bluetooth

adaptor is connected to the Bluetooth component

DCINEMA DSP indicator

Lights up when you select a sound field program (see page 34).

EMulti-information display

Shows the name of the current sound field program and other information when adjusting or changing settings.

FSLEEP indicator

Lights up while the sleep timer is on (see page 33).

GInput channel and speaker indicators

LFE

LFE indicator

Indicates the current volume level.

LFE indicator

Lights up when the input signal contains the LFE signal.

Input channel indicators

Indicate the channel components of the current digital input signal.
