6.4.2 Encoder Profile
The camera generates up to four video streams simultaneously (quad streaming). Set the encoder profiles for these streams to match the operating environment (network structure, bandwidth, processing power).
Select the settings for each stream individually. For example, set one stream for use on the Internet and another stream for LAN connections.
Pre-programmed profiles
Eight definable profiles are available. The pre-programmed profiles give priority to different parameters.
HD high quality / low latency
High resolution for high bandwidth connections
HD high quality
High resolution with lower data rate
HD low bandwidth
High resolution for low bandwidth connections
SD high quality / low latency
4CIF/D1 resolution for connections at 4000 kbps maximum
SD high quality
CIF resolution for connections at 3000 kbps maximum
SD low bandwidth
CIF resolution for connections at 1500 kbps maximum
DSL
CIF resolution for connections at 500 kbps maximum
ISDN (2B)
CIF resolution for connections at 100 kbps maximum
