Tuning to Preset Stations

1 Press BAND to select the band.

FM1 FM2 AM

2 Press / or - to select the preset number. The selected broadcast station will be received.

FM1- 1 87.50 MHz

Preset number display

(Display of the received broadcast station stored in preset numbers “1” to “6”.)

The ST indicator appears on the display when a stereo FM station is tuned in.

Station Title Search Function

If titles for radio stations are entered, you can search for a radio station from its title.

1 Press (SEARCH) in TUNER mode to switch to Title Search mode.

The first title input blinks in the display.

2 Press / or - to select the desired title within 10 seconds.

3 Press -/J / ENT. to receive the frequency of the selected title.

Title Search mode will be cancelled by pressing (SEARCH) or if an operation has not been performed in 10 seconds.

If a station has no title, “NO TITLE” is displayed for 2 seconds.

Controlling CD Changer

1 Press SOURCE/POWER to set the changer mode.

TUNER TAPE CD CHANGER*

(* Only when the changer is connected)

2 When selecting the disc number, press / or - to select the desired disc.

3 Press g, for , to select the track for listening.

4 Turn the Rotary encoder and adjust the volume (0 to 35).

5 Press -/J / ENT. to pause playback.

Press -/J / ENT. again to start playback.

Changer operation can be controlled in the same way as the built- in CD or MP3. (Please see Pages 7 to 13.)

Pressing BAND in the CD/Changer mode will change the disc mode.

This unit uses the Versatile Link Terminal (KCA-410C) and allows product selection by pressing BAND when 2 changers or other equipment is connected.
