To insert a symbol, press and

hold . Scroll to the desired symbol and press Use.

Alternatively, press Options, scroll to Insert symbol, and press OK. Scroll to the desired symbol and press Use.

2.When you have finished writing the word and it is correct, confirm

it by pressing or by adding

space with .

3.If the word is correct, start writing the next word.

If the word is not correct, you have the following options:

Press repeatedly until the desired word appears and con- firm it.

Press Options, scroll to Matches and press OK. Scroll through the words and select the correct one by pressing Use.

Add the desired word to the match list

1.If no matches are found in the pre- dictive text input mode, you can insert a new word to the diction- ary. Press Spell and key in the de- sired word in traditional text input mode.

2.Press OK to save the word.

NOTE: When the dictionary becomes full, the new word replaces the oldest added one.

Writing compound words

1.Key in the first part of the word

and accept it by pressing .

2.Write the last part of the com- pound word and accept the word

by pressing or .

Picture messages (Menu 1-4)

The phone allows you to receive and send text messages which contain pic- tures. These messages are called picture messages. There are several preset pic- ture messages in your phone.

NOTE: This function can be used only if it is supported by your network operator or service provider.

When you receive a picture message

To view the message immediately: Press View. While reading a mes- sage, you can save it by pressing Save.

To view the message later in this menu: First press Exit and then OK to save the message.

NOTE: If there is no space to save a new message, you first need to select one of the old messages and replace it with the new one.
