ROAD SAFETY COMES FIRST

Don’t use a hand-held phone while driving; park the vehicle first.

INTERFERENCE

All wireless phones may get inter- ference which could affect per- formance.

SWITCH OFF IN HOSPITALS

Follow any regulations or rules. Switch phone off near medical equipment.

SWITCH OFF IN AIRCRAFT

Wireless phones can cause interfer- ence. Using them on aircraft is illegal.

SWITCH OFF WHEN

REFUELING

Don’t use phone at a refuelling point. Don’t use near fuel or chemicals.

SWITCH OFF NEAR

BLASTING

Don’t use phone where blasting is in progress. Observe restrictions, and follow any regulations or rules.

USE SENSIBLY

Use only in normal position (to ear). Don’t touch the antenna un- necessarily.

USE QUALIFIED SERVICE

Only qualified service personnel must install or repair equipment.

ACCESSORIES AND

BATTERIES

Use only approved accessories and batteries. Do not connect incom- patible products.

MAKE BACKUP COPIES

Remember to make backup copies of all important data.

Ensure the phone is switched on and in service. Enter the phone number, including the area code,

EMERGENCY CALLS

Ensure the phone is switched on

and in service. Press as many times as needed (e.g. to exit a call, to exit a menu, etc.) to clear the display. Enter the emergency

number, then press . Give your location. Do not end the call until told to do so.

INFRARED PRECAUTIONS

Do not point the IR beam at any- ones’s eyes or allow it to interfere with other IR devices.
