P9 : ¿Cuáles son los puntos importantes para el mantenimiento de la junta tórica?

R9 : Observe los ítemes siguientes.

(1)No utilice alcohol, disolventes, bencinas u otros solventes inorgánicos ni detergentes químicos para limpiar la junta tórica. Cuando se usan tales agentes químicos, se corre el peligro de que la junta tórica sea dañada o que se acelere su deterioro.

(2)Utilice la grasa de silicona para la junta tórica Olympus (tapa blanca). La grasa adherida a las cajas hasta el modelo PT-008 (tapa roja), y las grasas de otras marcas no son adecuadas para esta junta tórica, y el uso de tal tipo de grasa pueden ocasionar el deterioro de la superficie y fallas de la función de hermeticidad al agua.

(3)Para evitar la deformación de la junta tórica cuando la caja no se usa durante un largo tiempo, retire la junta tórica desde la caja, aplique una capa fina de la grasa especial, y guarde la junta tórica en una bolsa plástica limpia. Para volver a usar, confirme que la junta tórica se encuentre libre de daños y rajaduras, que tiene elasticidad, que la superficie se encuentra libre de adherencias y otras anormalidades, y utilícela después de aplicar una capa fina de la grasa especial. Una aplicación excesiva de grasa no mejora la función de hermeticidad al agua ni la presión soportada permisible. Sin embargo, puede facilitar la fijación de arena, suciedad, etc. Una capa delgada y uniforme produce los mejores resultados.

(4)La junta tórica es un producto consumible. Reemplace por lo menos una vez al año.

(5)El deterioro de la junta tórica se acelera por las condiciones de uso y las condiciones de almacenamiento. Reemplace la junta tórica de inmediato por una nueva si muestra signos de daños, rajaduras o pérdida de elasticidad.

No utilice alcohol, disolventes, bencina u otros solventes orgánicos volátiles similares u otros detergentes químicos para limpiar la caja. Agua pura o agua tibia se suficiente para la limpieza.

No utilice agentes anticorrosivos sobre las partes metálicas. Las partes metálicas son hechas de aluminio, latón o acero inoxidable. Limpiando con agua pura es suficiente.
