Servicio posterior a las ventas

●Ud. recibirá la tarjeta de garantía desde su concesionario. Asegúrese de que el nombre del concesionario, la fecha de compra, etc. hayan sido ingresados. Si no han sido ingresados, solicite de inmediato a su concesionario para que los ingrese. Lea las condiciones de la garantía cuidadosamente y guarde la tarjeta de garantía en un lugar seguro.

●Para las preguntas sobre el servicio posterior a las ventas para este producto o en caso de defectos, comuníquese con su concesionario o uno de los centros de servicio de nuestra compañía listados en este manual de instrucciones. En caso de un defecto de este producto, que ocurra dentro de un año después de la fecha de compra, y manipulando de acuerdo al manual de instrucciones, la reparación basada en las condiciones especificadas en la tarjeta de garantía será realizada libre de cargos.

Se requerirá de pagos para las reparaciones después de finalizada el período de garantía, y para problemas ocasionados por una manipulación er_ónea por el cliente aun durante el período de garantía.

●Nuestra compañía mantiene las partes de reparación para este producto durante aproximadamente cinco años después de finalizada la producción del producto. De acuerdo a eso, en principio las reparaciones serán aceptadas durante este período. Como una reparación puede ser posible aun después de este período, comuníquese con su concesionario o un centro de servicio en su zona.

●La garantía se limita y es válida solamente en la región de distribución pertinente.

●Daños incidentales por defectos de este producto (gastos requeridos para bucear, gastos de toma fotográfica, pérdida de ganancias debido a las fotos, etc.) serán excluidas desde la garantía. Además, los gastos de transporte, etc. relacionados a las reparaciones serán pagadas por el cliente, independientemente de si ocurren durante o después de la garantía.
