BODYGUARD® FITNESS

T240 – T260 Limited Warranty

Bodyguard® Fitness warrants that product is in good working order and free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials.

The T240 – T260 are warranted for a period of :

Lifetime on main frame and motor

10 years on parts

3 years on belt/deck/rollers (wear)

3 years on labor

In a residential (home) application only.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original owner of the unit only.

Responsibility of the User

The following items are not included in the Warranty since they are not considered manufacturing defects.

1.Damage resulting from any accidental use, disaster, misuse and abuse.

2.Service and parts required due to improper fusing or wiring.

3.Service and parts required as a result of improper servicing or from an unauthorized dealer.

4.Service and parts required as a result of flood, fire, vandalism or acts of Gods.

5.Labor to correct installation of the unit or instructing owners on how to use and install the unit.

6.Wear items such as handle bar foam coverings, drive belts and paint finish corrosion or discoloration resulting from improper cleaning of the unit.

7.Do not put any lubricant product of any type (except the Bodyguard® Fitness lubricant) on the running belt. Using a lubricant not approved by Bodyguard® will void the belt/deck warranty.

This Warranty is in addition to any statutory warranty. This Warranty supersedes all other written or expressed warranties.

In the event your T240 – T260 treadmill should require service, you must contact the Authorized Bodyguard® Dealer where you purchased your machine or the nearest Authorized Bodyguard® Dealer.
