A blinking indicator shows your position on the track. One “lap” around the track represents 440 yards (400 meters). You will have completed 12½ laps by the time you complete the program.
The TIME display shows the amount of time you have been exercising. For comparison purposes, record your time to note the changes as you increase your fitness and endurance levels.
