• Fit a spacer into the hole on each side of the front wheel.

Axle

Fit the front wheel (with spacers inserted) between the ends of the front fork.

Insert the axle through one side of the front fork, the front wheel and out through the other side of the front fork.

9/16" Lock Nut - 2

SHOWN ACTUAL SIZE

Attach the 9/16" lock nut to the end of the axle. While holding the lock nut with an adjustable wrench, tighten the axle with a 9/16" wrench (or another adjustable wrench). Do not over-tighten.

Check to be sure the wheel is secure on the front fork. Pull the wheel down. It should not move. If it does move, tighten the axle a few more turns with the 9/16" wrench (or another adjustable wrench).

IMPORTANT! Assembly is now complete, but you must adjust the hand brake before first time use. Please
