• While holding the lock nut with an adjustable wrench

 

(or a 7/16" wrench), tighten the bolt with the Allen wrench.

 

Do not over-tighten.

19/16" Bolt - 2

• Check to be sure the foot peg is securely attached.

Push and pull it. It should not move. If it does move,

7/16" Lock Nut - 2

tighten the bolt a few more turns with the Allen wrench.

• Repeat steps 8 and 9 to fasten the other foot peg to the

 

bar with a 19/16" bolt and 7/16" lock nut.

Fit a foot peg to the end of the bar on the bottom of the mini-bike.

Turn the foot peg to align the hole in the foot peg with the hole in the bar.

Insert a 19/16" bolt through the front hole in the bar, the foot peg and out the back hole in the bar.

Attach a 7/16" lock nut (rounded edge outward) to the end of the bolt and hand-tighten it.
