WASHER (I) BOLT (C)

A Open HARDWARE BAG 5.

Run wires from MAIN FRAME BRACKET through the CONSOLE MAST.

C

Attach CONSOLE MAST to the MAIN FRAME BRACKET using 4 BOLTS (C) and 4 WASHERS (L).

BSlide 1 WAVY WASHER (J) onto each HANDLEBAR SHAFT.

CSlide the LEFT LOWER HANDLEBAR onto the HANDLEBAR SHAFT. Be sure the LEFT LOWER HANDLEBAR is positioned the same as shown in the diagram.

DSlide the LEFT UPPER HANDLEBAR onto the HANDLEBAR SHAFT. Using 4 BOLTS (H) connect the UPPER and LOWER HANDLEBAR as shown in the diagram. Do not tighten any bolts until all 4 are started.

ESecure the handlebar assembly using 1 WASHER (I) and 1 BOLT (C).

FRepeat STEPS C-E on the opposite side.

NOTE: Be sure to attach WASHER (I) as shown in STEP E DIAGRAM.

Attach wires to back of CONSOLE.

 

NOTE: Do not pinch wires.

Attach CONSOLE to the CONSOLE MAST using 4 PRE-ATTACHED BOLTS.

F

Slide WATER BOTTLE HOLDER into back of CONSOLE.
