^Press the lever for the emergency drain down and hold until you hear no more water running out.

Open the drum door

,Always make sure the drum is stationary before reaching into the drum to remove laundry. A moving drum is extremely dangerous.

^Insert a screwdriver into the notch, beside the lever, pull it down. The door will now open.
