Instructions for use

Start the washing program

0 1. Check that the water valve is open.

2. Start the washing program:

Press button START/PAUSE (MARCHE/PAUSE). The washing program is started or it starts after the set time expires.

If DOOR/LIGHT (PORTE/LUMIERE) flashes red when the button START/

 

PAUSE (MARCHE/PAUSE) is pressed the filling door is not closed prop-

 

erly. Press the filling door shut firmly and press button START/PAUSE

 

(MARCHE/PAUSE) again.

 

If the delay timer is set:

 

The preset delay timer is counting, the remaining time until the

 

program starts is shown in the multi-display (always in whole hours).

 

During this time you can load washing or change / abort the time

 

preselection.

 

• Load washing: Press the START/PAUSE (MARCHE/PAUSE) button, the

 

filling door can be opened. Then close the door and press button

 

START/PAUSE (MARCHE/PAUSE) again.

 

• Change or abort time preselection: Press the DELAY TIMER (DEPART

 

DIFFERE) button as often as is necessary until the required time is

 

displayed; when the program run time is displayed (display in

 

minutes, e.g. 125) the washing program starts without delay.

While the time preselection counts the washing machine switches to

 

the stand-by mode. Only RUN TIME (TEMPS RESTANT) is illuminated,

the multi-display shows the remaining time until the program start. All other displays on the control panel are switched off in order to save energy. Pressing any arbitrary button cancels the stand-by mode.
