What to do if...

Remedying faults

In the event of a fault, try to solve the problem yourself with the aid of the information provided here. If you use the Customer Service for one of the faults listed here or to remedy an operating error, the Customer Service technician's visit will not be free of charge, even during the warranty period.

• If the error code C1, C2 or Cd is shown in the multi-display, you may be able to re- medy the problem yourself (see the faults

table below).

After remedying the fault, press the button START/PAUSE. If the error code is shown again, inform Customer Service.

In the case of all other displayed faults (C and number or letter code), please inform Customer Service, quoting the error code.
