Speaker delay setting

When some of the speakers are at a different distance from the listening point, you can select speaker delay to make it seem as though the speaker distances are the same.

1 Press the SET UP button.

2 Within 10 seconds, press the or button to select "SP DELAY", and press the ENTER button.

3 Within 30 seconds, press the or button to select the desired speaker.

4 Within 30 seconds, press the or button to select the distance and press the ENTER button.

zYou can change the distance in 0.1 m increments.

zTo set the distance of other speakers, repeat the operation from step 3.

zYou can complete the setting operation by pressing the SET UP button twice.

In the above illustration, the front speakers, centre speaker, and subwoofer are

 

 

positioned at 3 m, and the surround speakers are at 4 m from the listening position.

 

 

This unit calculates the delay time automatically according to the distance you set,

 

 

and provide the same effect as if they are placed at the same distance from the
