TROUBLESHOOTING

AUTOMATIC DETECTION SYSTEM

Your Washer Dryer is equipped with a built-in fault detection system, which is able to offer guidance should your machine not operate as expected. The most common error codes are shown below. If your machine displays a code not shown, consult the Servis helpdesk.

Possible Fault: Pump is damaged, pump filter is clogged or the electrical pump connection is malfunctioning.

Solution: Clean the pump filter. Contact the Servis helpdesk if the problem persists.

Possible Fault: Your Washer Dryer has an excessive amount of water.

Solution: Turn off your Washer Dryer unplug it and call the Servis helpdesk.

Possible Fault: No water supply or low mains water pressure

Solution: Check that the water supply is turned on, Check that the inlet hose is not kinked or twisted, Clean the inlet hose and filters

If the problem persists, unplug your Washer Dryer, turn off your water supply and contact the Servis helpdesk

Possible Fault: The pump is damaged, the pump filter is clogged or the electrical pump connection is malfunctioning.

Solution: clean the pump filter, check the drain hose for kinks and twists. If the problem persists contact the Servis helpdesk.
