Is power available

to primary?

No

Yes

Determine why voltage is not present.

Is 24 VAC available at transformer?

No

Yes

Replace

Transformer.

Reset

or replace hi-limits

Is 24 VAC present from terminal

THS(2) to ground?

No

Yes

Are thermostat contacts and hi-limit control contacts closed?

No

Yes

Check continuity of wiring to determine why voltage does not exist at THS(2).

Is jumper installed from terminal 5 to ground?
