5)Remove the valve from the bracket.

6)Unscrew the valve from the outlet side.

7)To install new steam solenoid valve, reverse above procedure (Step #6 thru Step #1). c. Needle Valve Replacement

1) Disconnect compressed air supply from the dryer.

2) Remove tubing from the valve.

3) Unscrew needle valve from the solenoid valve.

4) To install new needle valve, reverse above procedure (Step #3 thru Step #1).

d.Steam Coil Replacement

1)Discontinue electrical power to the dryer.

2)Disconnect compressed air supply from the dryer.

3)Shut off ALL steam supply lines and steam return valves that feed the steam coil.

4)Wait a sufficient amount of time until ALL of the steam lines and the steam coil is cool.

5)Open 1/2” (12.7 mm) plug on the return line to bleed off any residual steam pressure.

CAUTION: MAKE CERTAIN THAT THE ENTIRE STEAM SYSTEM (coil, lines, valves, etc.) ARE COOLED TO AVOID HOT STEAM ESCAPING and TO AVOID PERSONAL INJURY.
