AM/FM narrow mode

The IC-208H has AM mode reception and FM narrow mode is available. Typically, AM mode is used for the air band (118–135.995 MHz).

qSelect the desired frequency band in VFO mode, or the de- sired memory channel.

wPush [BAND] for 1 sec. to select AM/FM narrow mode as desired.

“NAR” (FM narrow), “AM” and “NAR AM” appears in sequence.

No indication stands for FM mode.
