EXPERT Setup

 

 

 

 

The settings here can only be done if you've performed the more basic preliminary setups. Thus, before doing these settings do either AUTO SETTING on page 13 or NORMAL setup page 38. These settings are to further heighten your surround sound. They are not absolutely necessary but may give more defined and enjoyable surround sound. You can decide if you want to make these settings or not. You only need to make these settings once (unless you change the placement of your current speaker system, add new speakers or components to your system, etc.). These setup operations use your TV to display the settings and choices so be sure your TV and receiver are properly hooked up.

Turn on the receiver and your TV,

 

 

press RECEIVER on the remote con-

 

 

trol.

 

 

Make sure your TV is set to the receiver.

Press the SYSTEM SETUP button.

 

 

The menu possibilities appear on your TV.
