Model NGA 2000 TO2

Instruction Manual

760008-A September 2001

Sensor model:

Adjustable for both “Standard” and “Sta- bel” models in the following ranges:

0-50 ppm

0-100 ppm

Clamp low PVA to 0.02:

This parameter is used for very low oxy- gen concentration levels where the sen- sor current may be unstable about zero. Normally this would be set to “No.”

ppm to mg/Nm3 conversion factor:

0-500 ppm

0-1000 ppm

0-5000 ppm

0-10000 ppm

0-5%

0-10%

0-25%

The ppm to mg/Nm3 conversion factor in the range of 1 to 100000. The conversion factor depends on the sample gas used.

Lower [Upper] explosion limit (LEL) [UEL]:

The parameters are used for the CLD and PMD modules and do not apply to the TO2 They should both be set at 0.00%.

Temperature compensation at span gas:

The “Stabel” sensor model contains a special electrolyte that is less susceptible to small concentrations of acids in the sample stream.

This parameter is used to set the upper temperature limit for the sensor which can occur at the upper range of oxygen con- centration. The range is 10-1000 and the default setting is 100. When the tem- perature exceeds this level the module goes into sleep mode.
