Problems	Solution

→Mount the platter correctly and turn the power on again.

Is anything touching the platter?

→If so, remove it.

		Is the machine in a windy location?
		→ Avoid locations subject to the wind.

No print.	1.	Check that the media is loaded correctly.
	2.	Check whether the print head is set correctly or not.

Dots missing in the print.	Dirty print head. → Clean the print head.
	Call the TOSHIBA TEC Authorized Service representative if necessary.

Unclear (or blurred)	1.	Dirty print head. → Clean the print head.

Power does not come	1.	Plug power cord into an AC socket.
