Enable/Disable Protocols

To enable/disable protocols using the Web Configuration Tool:

Access the tool’s Protocols page.

Note: To access the Web Configuration Tool, HTTP must be enabled. If HTTP is disabled and you need to access the tool, enable HTTP through the Settings key interface as described here:

To enable/disable protocols using the MENU Key:

1.Press MENU , and then press >> until ADMIN TOOLS? appears on the display.

2.Press OK, and then press Next until ACCESS PROTOCOLS? appears on the display.

3.Press OK, enter your administrator password, and then press Submit. Protocols appear in the display one at a time, in the following order: 1. HTTP, 2.TFTP, 3.Telnet, 4.SNMP, and 5.SRTP.

4.For each protocol required, do one of the following:

To enable the displayed protocol, press TurnOn.

To disable the displayed protocol, press TurnOff.

Press Next to move to the next protocol

5.After you enable or disable a protocol, the protocol and its new status (for example, "HTTP *ON*") appear on the display.

6.Do one of the following:

To return to the Features menu, press Exit.

To return to the default display, press MENU .

Network Settings

View the IP and MAC Addresses

To view the phone’s IP and MAC addresses:

1.Press MENU , and then press the Line 1 key. The IP and MAC addresses appear in the information area.

2.Press MENU to return to the default display.

Modifying Network Settings

To modify network settings using the Web Configuration Tool:

Access the Configuring Network Settings page of the Administrator's Web Configuration Tool.
