With base unit

During standby mode,

1. Press key. The display on the right is shown.

2. Press OK key to view the first record.

Note: If the Number or the Name exceeds 13 digits, only the first 13 digits are displayed on the first page. After 5 seconds, the remaining digits will be displayed on the second page.

3. Press ! or

key to view other records.

Note: You can search the record quickly by entering the first character of the Name. For example, if you wish to view Mary’s record, press the “M” key. Then the unit will search and display the records with the first character “M”.

4. Press key to dial the number.

During On-hook, the unit will turn the Speakerphone on automatically, and dial the number after 3 seconds.

During Off-hook, the number will be dialled immediately.

While you are viewing the record that you wish to edit,

1. Press OK key. The last digit flashes on the display.

2. Press X key and numeric keys to edit the Number, or press ! or key to select the digit’s position.

3. Press OK key to confirm the updated number and proceed to edit the Name.

4. Press X key and numeric keys to edit the Name, or press ! or key to select the character’s position.

5. Press OK key to confirm the updated Name.

6. Press key to return to the Phonebook review mode.
