ANSWERING MACHINE OPERATION

Delete all messages

While you are listening to a message,

1. Press and hold X key. The display on the right is shown.

2. Press OK key to confirm and you will hear “All message deleted”.

3. Press key to cancel the action.

Remember to delete messages!

To avoid exceeding the memory storage capacity, always delete messages after listening.

Note: The unit will NOT delete the messages you have NOT listened to.

Memory full

Memory will be full in the following 2 cases:

1. During Memo/OGM/ICM recording, the unit becomes full.

2. The memory has been full and somebody is trying to record new Memo/OGM/ICM message.

In both of the above situations, the unit will prompt “Answering Machine Full” and the display on the right is shown.

OGM mode will change to OGM 2 automatically after Memory full.
