Handset barring functions

Activating/deactivating handset barring function for outgoing calls

You can prevent outgoing calls being made on your hand- set, i.e. you can protect it against possible unauthorized use.

Calls can still be taken at the disabled handset.

Start the procedure for activating the barring function.

Start the procedure for deactivating the barring function.

Enter the handset PIN (default: “0000”)

BActivate/deactivate barring function. If the handset has been barred, a key appears in the display.

You can also bar the Gigaset 2015 plus for exter- nal outgoing calls (➔ page 38).
