Calls involving two or more parties

Ending a conference

You can disconnect one party or toggle between the two parties. To terminate the conference completely, replace the handset.

Ending a conference by disconnecting a party

A conference is in progress.

Press the Disconnect key and then “0“ or “1“.

Enter “0“ if you want to disconnect the party whose call number is not shown on the display.

Enter “1“ if you want to disconnect the party whose call number is shown on the display.

Ending a conference and toggling between parties

dA conference is in progress.

gPress the Conference key.

The conference is ended. The symbol K disappears on the display.

You are back in the consultation call before the confer- ence has been set up. You are connected to the first party and the second party is put on hold.

You can now toggle between the two parties via the Consultation key (➔ page 22).

During a conference, the call number of the party added-on last is shown on the display, if is known.

Call numbers are not displayed, for example, in the case of incoming calls with number sup- pression or calls from analog stations.

Exiting from a conference

dA conference is in progress.

bReplace the handset.

Both parties are disconnected. The conference is terminated.
